Joyrath Projects Private Limited is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company with over four decades of experience in delivering marine, industrial, structural, and civil infrastructure projects across India and overseas.

The company's roots trace back to the late 1970s when its founders, Mr. Joydeb Sadhukhan and Mr. Rathin Banerjee, began their journey by contributing to the first phase of the Kolkata Metro Project. Through years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering and construction, they developed specialized expertise in the fabrication of bespoke tools and machinery for maritime infrastructure projects, which led to their successful entry into marine piling and port construction works. Their first major breakthrough came at Paradip Port in the early 1980s.

After successfully executing numerous projects across government and private commercial ports throughout India's coastline, Joyrath Projects Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1999. Since then, the company has expanded its capabilities to undertake a diverse range of projects, including ports and marine infrastructure, airports, metro rail systems, industrial facilities, commercial developments, and complex structural works.

Driven by sound engineering practices, quality workmanship, and a commitment to timely project delivery, Joyrath has established itself as a trusted contractor for mechanical, structural, and civil construction projects.

The company's international expansion began in 2020 with the establishment of its Myanmar operations in Yangon, followed by project offices in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in 2022 and Dhaka, Bangladesh, further strengthening its regional presence in South Asia.

Following the passing of its founders, Mr. Joydeb Sadhukhan (2016) and Mr. Rathin Banerjee (2026), their vision and values continue under the leadership of Mr. Bikram Banerjee, supported by Directors Mrs. Chandana Banerjee and Mrs. Rama Sadhukhan, together with a dedicated team committed to carrying the company forward to new milestones of excellence and growth.
